Sansrival by Mika

By | Yummy! | No Comments

I saw this mocha sans rival from my friend, Julia! I am always on the lookout for new finds to try 🙂  and different variations of food.  I purposely took this angle because the corner slice are the best!…. it has the most icing 🙂  Heart2Heart loves mocha anything – Frappuccino, mocha cake, mocha ice cream, mocha mocha mocha 🙂

It comes of course in regular butter flavour.  Please call Mika Licuanan ( 0917) 852 3232

We love taking photos by this wishing well

The beautiful wishing well that eventually became the inspiration for Tito Stephen and his new magazine publication, Taste and Travel

Previous entry: Taste Travel and Trends July 1, 2014

It’s so nice to eat at home in Baguio because the weather is so nice and so conducive to cooking outdoors and just hanging out in the house.  Tito Stephen and Tita Reggie have such a beautiful home!  A country home 🙂

This is the usual appetizer table and we look forward to it 🙂

Bangus chicharon

Playing in the background was Tito Rj’s CD which is now available in Starbucks!!  I love this CD!!!  Tito RJ is Tita Reggie’s brother in law 🙂

Best Foodie friends 🙂  Mom and Tita Reg

Inside the Master bedroom dressing room is this Mosler vault.  It is behind a mirrored sliding door so it looks like it’s just a closet.  For 20 years  they have been trying to open this safe wondering what could be inside the vault.  Finally a friend knew someone from Mosler and it took them 24 hours to open it.

paella-at-the-kneedler-house-28.JPG

There was nothing inside only another Mosler cabinet that was also a safe.  There was nothing inside the cabinet too 🙂  So nice to use this old vault door as a door! 🙂

My Pink Wasabi

By | Yummy! | No Comments

Thank you once again Jane Go, Sugar N’ Spice, who is so nice to share all her yummy finds!!  I like it that bloggers share with each other their finds 🙂  It helps spread the word faster about all these businesses and promotes good things.  This time a very interesting creation – Kashi Makis – sweet hand rolled cakes.  They look like sushi rolls and it even comes with chopsticks.  Even chocolates can be personalized 🙂

img_3058.JPG

There is a paper inside to name the kashi makis and many of these are new creations

img_3060.JPGimg_3074.JPG

I also received these – Tableya brownies!  Cute small pieces but very compact and very rich!  For all the tablea and chocolate lovers out there, this may be for you 🙂

img_3099.JPG

Here are more photos I got from their website and Facebook page to show what other things they make

Love this rose kashi maki

They have Reinbo profiteroles which come with different fillings – Green – green tea, Pink-strawberry, Orange – passion fruit and brown – caramel pepper

About the pastry chef 🙂
