Very very easy to prepare. Michele said that even if you defrost it a few hours before it is still okay. It only takes 10 minutes to prepare! So imagine you can have instant crispy pata at home just like that!!

Talking about bright colors… Thank you to my sister in law, Pam, who is a great source for many things!!! She was telling me the other day that she was craving for one of her favorite cakes- the Rainbow cake!! My brother had to drive all the way to La Vista to pick this up! haha!! And I was so happy that she shared a slice of this super delicious cake!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was so moist and it has cream cheese which is probably why I like it!!! Thank you for sharing with me a PIECE OF YOUR RAINBOW!! It did bring a lot of happiness 🙂

If you know Heart2Heart very well, you will know she loves Pavlova 🙂 Thanks to the Bandana Baker, you can now order pavlova!!! She has three different kinds of Pavlova – Mango Strawberry and Nutella. I tried the Mango which was very very good. The mangoes were very very sweet – so it was really good!!
