THE BEST CHOCOLATE CUPCAKE EVER! I normally eat only the icing on cupcakes because cupcake cakes are usually dry and simply just cake. But this one, I ate everything!!
Is it a mini chocolate cake? A decadent chocolate cake? or just a SUPER SUPER MOIST CUPCAKE WITH CARAMEL FLOWING out of it??? YUUUUMMMMMY!!!

I go crazy whenever I pass by the SPICES section at Rustan’s. I wish I could buy all the kinds of spices that I see there.
And even more exciting were these gourmet salts from Artisan Salt Co. which I saw at Le Gourmet.
And right upstairs from the supermarket at the 4th floor Rustan’s Home is a whole section on bottles and grinders for spices!!!!!
And they have this Bella Cucina line of pasta, crackers, dips, sauces and aromatic salts!! Beautiful packaging!

Tito Jun and Tita Nancy would give these cookies to us during christmas and at that time, they were not available for sale, but NOW THEY ARE!!! They are so good!!

One of the things I look for in Hong Kong….MINSTRELS!!! So far, I have seen it only in Seibu ( HK$ 15.00 each ) and in Park N’ Shop ( HK$ 10.00 each). It is a British chocolate…..a gigantic version of an M & M. Me and my sister love it!

How would you know by the packaging if this product is good? or what it really is? Japanese products are usually like that- everything is always in japanese! But for some reason, our brother Mike can always choose good food especially the SNACKS in COOP, the japanese grocery. And one tip, when you see it or see something you like, get as many as you can because it is not always available. The snacks change all the time. Try this! It is really good!
Japanese Kropek – prawn flavor ( saw a shrimp/prawn image on the packaging ) . Very thin and crispy and VERY TASTY! Hope it is not all MSG.
AND THIS IS VERY NEW!!! I have not even seen it in Hong Kong Yet. It is a new flavor of one of the popular snacks of Calbee which is Pizza flavor:

It has real cheese on top of the chips!!

Thanks Isa “my favorite favorite sister in law” for the YUMMY mocha cake you sent. We shared it with the whole family………………. and then asked for the leftover back 🙂 
This is a special cake for me because
1.) Isa only makes it for special favorite sister in laws 🙂 and special friends
2.) It is not for sale!
3.) She uses soy milk
4.) It is the only mocha cake I have ever eaten that has these yummy crunchy things sticking out of the cake!
5.) She gave me extra icing and crunch so I could get fatter and unhealthier! 🙂 
6.) It is a special version because I asked her to make it with less cake and more icing…and she did!

Thanks to my good friend Janet for introducing me to this great discovery. SUPER THIN CRUNCHY CHEESE CRACKERS!!!!!!! It is super thin! and super good!!!
We both love cheese so we sometimes share with each other our cheese discoveries.
I love it! I love it!! It is yummy alone or as an alternative to Oishi Bread Pan and can be used as well for dips and spreads. It is amazing because it is really super thin!
It is only P 32.50 for a pack of 10 packs ( each pack has maybe around 20 crackers inside )! It comes in sweet flavors as well – Milk and Choco. Very good on its own or you can spread your favorite chocolate spread.
