After our Robben Island Tour, Our tour guide took us to lunch at Willoughby & Co. Fine Purveyors of Seafoid in the V&A Waterfront Mall. Mom loved it here she went back twice!

We took a Ferry boat
to Robben Island- a former prison where political prisoners were sent including President Nelson Mandela who stayed here for 17 years. It is now a Musuem and a World Heritage Site @unescoworldheritage 
Our tour guide was an ex prisoner ( 7 years) who now lives in the island with his family. He said it was hard to find a job after prison and he received a call offering him this job. For him it is a blessing because he can share his story and “let it go” At first I felt that maybe we didn’t really have to visit the place but when i listened to him I was so moved #robbenisland #capetown#h2hsafari #a2asafaris
