We were able to try this yummy restaurant that is shaped like a boat!! Captain James @captainjamesbaltimore ( named after the hubby 🙂 ) It’s actually owned by 3 guys that worked in a steam ship and their captain’s name was James

Baltimore is known for blue crabs and though it was not yet in season ( which explains the small size) we were still able to try some and we super enjoyed it. This is the crab menu – by dozen and by size. See how they served and prepared it. They season it with Old Bay seasoning and we asked for butter. yum yum #captainjamesbaltimore #h2hcrabs

Starbucks® launches mobile app in the Philippines
It was my first time to attend a Starbucks shareholders meeting. What an experience! No videos and photos allowed inside so i only have footage from outside the auditorium. Drink all you can Starbucks coffee . As usual I am inspired by Howard Schultz and the company. I am buying more shares #starbucksph #h2hstarbucks

I saw Rocco Princi walking out and i asked for his photo. The founder/ baker behind @princi which you will find in @starbucksreserve stores in Seattle and in all roasteries. They may open also stand alone Princi stores in the future. We tried the Margarita and 5 formaggio flat breads and the minnestrone soup. Everything was delicious 🙂 #roccoprinci #princi #starbucks #h2hstarbucks #starbucksreserve #h2hchefs

We ate in the same places this trip to Seattle
Previous entry: Etta’s Seattle april 6, 2012
This is one of the places we tried this trip which was at the Fairmont

We had a late lunch which was around 2pm and all the other tables were having high tea. I figured it may be a popular place for high tea 🙂

We visited Starbucks @starbucks headquarters to see their newest @starbucksreserve which opened a few weeks ago and loved it. As always it’s just like home 🙂 The @princi bakery is awesome and you can even have an Aperol Spritz in the bar #starbucksreserveroastery #starbucks#sodoreserve #h2hstarbucks #princi

Starbucks @starbucks opened the first @starbucksreserveroastery in Seattle in 2014. Last December they opened in Shanghai. This year they will open in Milan and New York city. Next year they will open in Tokyo and Chicago. This is “Coffee Wonderland” – We opened our first Starbucks Reserve™ Roastery in Seattle’s vibrant Capitol Hill neighborhood in December 2014. It is an immersive, dramatic, theatrical expression of our coffee passion, housed in a beautiful space originally designed as a car dealership in the 1920s. Here we offer our finest small-lot coffees—including some available nowhere else—and craft everything from espresso drinks to mixology-inspired cocktails. Seattle also features the first U.S. location for the world-famous Princi Italian bakery and a curated selection of eminently desirable merchandise. It is an enormous source of hometown pride for those of us who call Seattle home.

Parking for dogs outside the @starbucksreserve roaatery in Pike street Seattle 🙂 There are plans in China to design stores for customers with pets 🙂 #starbucksreserveroastery #starbucks#h2hstarbucks #h2hanimals

Artisanal chocolates from Seattle 🙂 At the ground level of the Four Seasons in Seattle is Frans which is a very popular local chocolate brand. It was Easter time so all the chocolates were for Easter
My favourite and probably their bestseller 🙂
An artwork of the photo of the daughter of the owner of Frans- if you look up close – is is pieces of chocolates 🙂
Love this table in every @fourseasons
In the afternoons and for breakfast. And since we are in Seattle it’s about apples and @starbucks coffee 🙂 #fourseasonshotelseattle #fourseasonshotel#h2hseattle #starbucks #starbucksph#h2hstarbucks

Last April 11, we lost a friend, Sandie Castro Poblador
I met her because she was in the Wharton Penn Club Board together with my husband. She was very active and effective in her position. At the same time I knew her to be a very good real estate broker. Manoling and her were also common friends with our good friends Suharto and Rina. And one thing we always talked about was how she raised her children and made sure they got the best education. I would always read about the accomplishments of her children and Rina would tell me how Sandie would monitor all her children from wherever in the world they were studying. Rina herself said it so well – “I think They are her greatest achievement, they all turned out so well.” We are shocked at how sudden Sandie left us but happy that we knew she lived her life to the fullest, she touched many lives, she was very active in society and most of all she did the best for her children and ofcourse took care of her husband Manoling. We are blessed to have known such a wonderful lady 🙂 #h2htribute#h2heducation
