I never used to go up towers butI realized it is worth it! ( Huli sa balita haha ) The tallest ManMade building in the Southern Hemisphere – the Sky Tower and a slow motion video of someone who Skyjumped from the 53rd level (636 feet). You can also SkyWalk from the 53rd level. A beautiful 360 degree view of Auckland The Sky Tower: -Should remain standing in the unlikely event of a magnitude 8.0 earthquake occurring within 20 kilometers of the tower -During a thunderstorm in 1999 , lightning struck 16 times in 30 minutes and the Lightning conductor showed no damage. -the fastest time of running up to the tower from the base level to the 53rd level is 5 minutes and 17 seconds by New Zealander John Wyatt in 1999 #skytowerauckland #auckland #newzealand #H2HNewZealand2016
Scenic elevator 🙂 The bottom is glass so you can see the elevator going up from the floor Good idea to put an ad or a logo on top of the building so people will know what the building is 🙂 I could not do this!! It looks easy but when you are there – it is actually scary!!

We went to this nice complex with little shops and restaurants – Britomart We had lunch at Ortolana Piadina – Air dried pork stracciatella Market fish Seabream Tartare Our server recommended this so three of us ordered it!

Our home for 2 nights in Auckland is someone else’s home which they renovated 18 months ago to put it out in the market to rent. St. Mary’s Residence. According to the owner the look is Urban luxury – the Hamptons, Ralph Lauren mixed with the Pacific. A 3-storey home with 4 bedrooms so it’s perfect for a family. Qantas

There is no direct flight to New Zealand yet so we had to pass by Sydney. We took the newly renovated Qantas plane and it was great! Kate Spade toiletry bag, pajamas, Liner for the chair, Pillow and blanket which were all enclosed in plastic The food was very good!!! I am very picky when it come to plane food. Sunday Family Lunch Surprise

What a pleasant surprise from the hubby’s family for Sunday family lunch!!
