“Growing up in provincial New Zealand I was surrounded by gardens and orchards of delicious fresh produce. Encouraged by a large and supportive family I’ve always had a love of cooking, and this passion led me to award winning success at Hotel School and learning the craft of fine cuisine alongside New Zealand’s most talented chefs in the country’s best French influence restaurants. Following Hotel School, I joined Sheraton Auckland Hotel & Towers, and as Catering Sales Manager inspired the hardworking Sheraton team to create many memorable events for our clients.”St. Mary's Residence Auckland (20)  We were greeted at the door by Chef Lance!!!  A chef of a Michelin starred restaurant!   St. Mary's Residence Auckland (36) St. Mary's Residence Auckland (3) St. Mary's Residence Auckland (37) St. Mary's Residence Auckland (5) Den on the right as you enterSt. Mary's Residence Auckland (4) St. Mary's Residence Auckland (17)Bedroom on the ground floorSt. Mary's Residence Auckland (25)St. Mary's Residence Auckland (16)Guest room St Marys Residence Aukland guest room

There is no direct flight to New Zealand yet so we had to pass by Sydney.  We took the newly renovated Qantas plane and it was great!  Kate Spade toiletry bag, pajamas,  Liner for the chair,  Pillow and blanket which were all enclosed in plastic Qantas Amenities The food was very good!!!  I am very picky when it come to plane food.  So I am happy when I get to eat on the plane.  It is Rockpool inspired.  Rockpool is one of the best restaurants in Sydney Previous entry:  Rockpool May 20, 2014Qantas (2) Qantas (1)Qantas lunch menu The lounge in Sydney.  We landed when the airport opened so when we got to the lounge we were the only onesQantas (3) Qantas (4) Qantas (5) Qantas (6) Qantas (7) Qantas (8) Qantas (9)Qantas lounge licorice Smoothie barQantas (10)which turns to a gelato bar during lunch

Piaget Possession BangleAbout Piaget

It was in La Côte-aux-Fées that Georges-Edouard Piaget set up his first workshop in the family farmhouse and devoted himself to producing high-precision movements. This was back in 1874 and marked the start of an ever-growing reputation. In 1943, the company took a decision that would prove crucial to its future by registering its brand name.

Faithful to its pioneering spirit, Piaget in the late 1950’s set about designing and manufacturing the ultra-thin movements that would become one of the Maison’s signatures and leave a lasting impression on watchmaking.

But Piaget was also a style: a marriage of gold and an explosion of color, new shapes, precious gems, and dials made of hard stones. Carried along on the wave of extraordinary creativity driven by Yves G. Piaget, the brand’s jewelry collection grew in an original direction with a resolute emphasis on color.

Rich with 140 years of history, the ever-bold brand, innovated by offering jewels in motion, extravagant Haute Joaillerie collections, and incredible watches to become today one of the world’s most prestigious watchmaker-jewelers.

Piaget is exclusively available at The Silver Vault, Rustan’s Makati.
