It was nice to be back at Relish this time for a business lunch. The place was jam packed!! It’s so nice to see that even after several years, they are going strong!! It’s been three years since they opened in 2010. More power to Rachelle Rodrigo Almario and the Relish family!! Previous entry: Relish October 21, 2010 Love the placemat 🙂 Abbie ordered this and I asked for some to try! Yum 🙂 and I ordered this – I was curious to try their sisig which is a popular dish too at Relish! It had mayonnaise on it 🙂 Wow, no wonder it’s very popular [email_link]

The reception was catered by Gaita Fores. They served Filipino food to go with the theme. There were some additional food like the Castañas booth, puto bungbung and bibingka booth, and some food from Vargas Kitchen. Gaita always has some new details in her work – the Whiskey fountain was a first, the handwritten name tags hanging on the chairs and the food labels with her handwriting were beautiful with ribbons hanging from them So so beautiful!!!!! I am so glad I can take photos to share them all because you cannot really describe such details by just writing. I see a lot of touches of Tita Nena and Hindy in the set up of the reception 🙂 Signs all over the place 🙂 And as always Joel is always a part of our family celebrations Lighted balls which is similar to what we have in our garden – I love it! Villa Marina ( named after Tita Nena ) is beautiful!! Umbrellas, fans and shawls scattered around the garden! I love these details 🙂 Backdrop of Sta. Elena Golf Course The beautiful bride sang for her husband 🙂 The Vargas cousins had surprise numbers for the couple! FUN! 🙂 [wp_youtube]90DHVC0VIoY[/wp_youtube]

I went up to the kitchen and caught the waiters bringing out the wedding cake from the refrigerator! A special cake made by Bea’s cousin, Migs Vargas and also known as Bucky’s 🙂 Heart2Heart loves out of the box and unique ideas! The staff behind the scenes who help make everything come together [email_link]
The entourage was designed by Hindy! The theme being Romantic Filipiniana and Ethnic Chic. The fabrics used were silk chiffon with Piña embroidery in her favorite colors: Marine blue and run bleached coral [email_link]
