The BBQ buns that everyone is raving about!! I was so happy there was one near the hotel we were staying! For some reason I was craving for it everyday 🙂 Tim Ho Wan is the cheapest Michelin Star restaurant in Hong Kong. Though the branch in IFC mall is not the one with the star. I went down to check it out and saw the number of people lining up – this was at around 4pm The line is for dine in – if you just want the pork buns, just go to the cashier and fill out the form and you can get your buns quickly I only like to eat them freshly made and hot 🙂 To me it reminds me of our ensaymada with the sweet topping. To save a few calories, i would just eat the top 🙂 It’s a great pasalubong though you have to handcarry them 🙂 I heard they are opening in Manila soon!! I can’t wait!! Line in Ferragamo From the hotel, we saw this! Spot the thinnest building! I remember this when I was a kid, we used to have this in the Philippines and then it disappeared! In Hong Kong it is quite expensive US$ 5.00 compared to Mania before for probably P 30.00 for the whole pack. So this is like GOLD 🙂 to me Oops someone fits in the CitySuper basket:-) Apple store in IFC Mall – as usual – very busy! Panino Giusto! Tita Ina mentioned this to us so I looked for it! Beautiful Cafe in agnes b in IFC Bumped into Milet Mananquil and Ipe Cruz at the Four Seasons Hotel elevator Joel Robuchon right by the connection from the Four Seasons Hotel! You really take for granted what is right in front of you 🙂 I passed this everyday but never ate anything! My bestfriend, Eds, said that the ham and cheese sandwich is the best! I have been wanting to try this place, so this was my only request for this trip. So this was the second time we went to Kowloon side to come here I came here for this!! We went all the way to Kowloon side to eat here since Mom likes this place in Hong Kong Hotel We were so happy Tito Manny and Tita Ina were in HK! We met up with them for every meal!! They are such great company – they are so easy to get along with and most importantly they LOVE TO EAT 🙂 They had Shanghai crabs!!! Just in IFC mall alone, there are many options for Macarons! James loves Macarons so most of these are his photos 🙂 I don’t know if he ate some, he won’t tell me 🙂 Some other photos are mine as I was window shopping This photo was another branch of Pierre Hermé not in IFC mall. I just saw Pierre Hermé being interviewed in CNN. He said, Perfection is boring, he is more into ATTENTION TO DETAILS. He said that at 9 years old, he knew he wanted to be a chef 🙂 This was in IFC mall. This is the only shop that was strict with photos so I could not take photos inside and close up of the macarons James was able to take this then they told him it was not allowed There is TWG.
