I am so proud of this project and i’m really trying to sell as much since this project is currently the BEST DEVELOPMENT in the Philippines as of today. I attached the most recent awards which we won in the Philippines Property Awards 2013. There has been a big increase in sales for investing in our development. Especially since expats can’t own property they need a place (large cut usually 2BR) to rent out. Tower 2, the oval shaped one which is really beautiful because of the panoramic view, will be turned over January 2016. Being the first green residential building, investors are keeping a keen eye on developments like ours. Plus with our location and BGC’s developments, by 2016 there is going to be a great demand for expats looking for large cuts to rent out.

At 43 years old, I have been spending much time in the hospital doing check ups – just making sure everything is okay. Any sign of anything unusual I go and have it checked. I am so happy to know that there is Hi Precision Diagnostics Plus in Power Plant Mall in Rockwell! It’s inside the mall beside True Value. It’s so convenient! And I like going to this type of location so you don’t feel like you are really going to a hospital! and then after you can go shopping or eat! haha!! 🙂

LOVE THIS TOO!!! We were all raving from beginning to end! That was chicharon salt inside the shell which you put on top of the bone marrow. And that oxtail marmalade is so good!!! Requests from all the diners to bottle it and sell!!

Dedet and I were chatting with each other since we both went to San Francisco this summer and we both had the idea of making a Than Long Lechon!!! I am so happy it came to life!!!

Dedet told me it took her 8 lechons before she got this perfectly. Than long noodles inside the lechon!! The first noodle lechon! 🙂

A Velada is a coming home event for the Silver jubilarians and a means of bonding with one another! Bonding not only with your own batch but with the whole Assumption community. That’s why I enjoy watching because everytime I go, I bump into so many people and get to watch a Tita or a friend performing. It’s so much fun! It is not a competition as to who was the best batch, or who performed the best, who gave the most, but what is important is that we all help each other bring out the best in each one of us – whether it be your batchmates or between batches. After all we have one goal which is to give back to our school and of course to reunite and bond with our batchmates and schoolmates. It is important that we all give it our best without necessarily doing it to prove who is best!
