Though Gourmet Garage is all the way in Subic, they can come to you in Manila and cater!  The menu works around the items that are being sold at the store – so you can be assured of the best ingredients for your meal

Gourmet Garage now has a new chef – Chef Booj! Our family loves Chef Booj ever since we met hi in Eskaya in Bohol, then when he was a partner with Chef Ed Quimson in M catering

As time goes by, the menu gets longer and longer with new dishes being added little by little.  All the best sellers are still in plus the new dishes by Chef Booj

You can choose anything inside the store and have it cooked.  So like this callos in a can, they prepared it for us

You can order a cheese plate or make your own by choosing from the cheese chiller

You can also buy the plate 🙂 with dome or with the cutter

Love the cute cheese shoe with toothpicks which are also for sale

But since Gabbi likes only potatoes, you can have all potatoes 🙂

From the freezer, I chose the Mikawaya Green Tea Exottics and had myself a scoop and took home the rest of the pint- YUM!

The next morning we had breakfast!  YUM!  Everything is good for breakfast!

HASH AND EGGS!!! I personally love this!!! It’s like a sausage mc muffin but instead of a muffin the patty is made out of hashbrown which i love and it has hollandaise sauce!  YUM!
