We learned so much in a very entertaining way from Carlos. He turned his living room into a theater for 50 of us from EO. Mom asked Manang Caridad to cook for her 2 things – Ginghwa ham ( fr Hong Kong) and Pochero. She is 82 years old now and she still can cook as good as before. We were still kids and she would cook for us all the yummy food especially pochero and fried chicken ? Yummy! Seeing Manang Caridad brings back childhood memories. She was with Lolo Benny & Lola Glecy for 25 years and she ran the employees canteen in one of the Rustan’s store. Now she is retired and she taught Mom’s cook these 2 recipes. ??
