Bean and Yolk

My friend Cat took me to this new place Bean & Yolk  So happy to meet young couple Papo and Chukoy Jorolan of Bean & Yolk @beanandyolkph  It’s a recently opened neighborhood cafe in Poblacion conceptualised by the couple with the help of Chef Ed Bugia

Papo is 30 years old and she used to be a stewardess for Philippine Airlines for 9 years and Chukoy who is 32 years old and worked in Canon but now they are on their own with a coin laundry called Wash House @washhouse_laundry in Las Piñas. Lucy Chorizo Mama – our favourite! We are telling them to sell the chorizo!!! So yummy!  Cara’s Fave –  Fried organic egg, mozzarella, cheddar, hot honey and brioche.
