Our good friend Brenda celebrated her birthday and treated us for lunch. I suggested Healthy Kitchen since Malou Fores had recommended it to me a few months ago. Plus I like healthy eating places. I wish there were more healthy restaurants to go to.
What a nice place! So quaint and cozy. We liked the pizza the most and highly recommend it!

The group was complete! It is becoming a tradition to treat on our birthdays which is a great idea so we make sure we see each other often

This is for our friend, Paul, who is trying to eat and live healthy. Heart2Heart will try to feature more about healthy eating to make up for all the splurging and eating.
I will share some guidelines and things that I learned before. I put it together for a healthy restaurant I attempted to open about 3 years ago. Being healthy has to be a lifestyle and not something you can do only for certain period like when we want to lose weight

Inside Segara Village they have a restaurant to service the guests and outsiders as well. We wanted to try it so we had dinner there and we enjoyed the ambience and the food. It is okay for Subic standards and considering they had just opened. We were a big group so we placed our orders in advance to be sure they could handle us. We almost occupied the whole place so it felt like we were in our own private dining room 🙂

Many always ask me for accomodations in Subic…
Thanks to my cousin, Crickette, for telling us about this new place. It is in the tip of the Boardwalk so I would say a bit secluded from the other parts of Subic. It was peaceful and of course beautiful! They have 10 villas in the village. I can only recommend a few places in Subic and this is definitely one of them

We were in Subic last weekend and Heart2Heart was so happy to spot a new Frozen Yogurt place that just opened ! I just found another reason to want to go to Subic all the time! 🙂
What a nice way to celebrate Christmas! It was a nice, cozy and intimate get together at Rachelle’s home. Rachelle told me that it is a tradition for her to host and celebrate her birthday and Christmas every year with her friends. I was fortunate to have been invited this year and discover Rachelle’s talent in interior design as she designed her own home. I truly admire Rachelle and how talented she is and also how she put together her Christmas dinner. Definitely she has a natural talent for creativity and putting things together.
Rachelle told me something beautiful when I told her I admired her talent:
” I hope when people see the talent, it’s really a gift from the One up there. I am just sharing what He’s given me.”
Early Christmas party on Nov. 25, Tuesday.
It’s gonna be an Organic Christmas Party!
See you then!
Rachelle gave us her Christmas presents which were photographs taken by her as she has recently taken photography classes. Thanks Rachelle!

Have you seen the Polar bears at Rustan’s department store? They are adorable! They are on display for Christmas and are for sale as well. I heard that many of them were sold already.
