Degustation Dinner at The Canopy at Te Waonui Forest Retreat

After the hot glacier pools, we rushed for our degustation dinner which was already included in our tour. The restaurant is in the same place as where we stayed – The Canopy Our server Nicolaas who used to work in a 6 star cruiseship ( Seabourn ) and he would land in Boracay, Palawan and Hundred Islands so he is familiar with the Philippines We had a wonderful meal!!! Te Waonui Forest Retreat

On the way to our next destination – Franz Josef

Part of the fun of travelling is staying in different types of places! Ian our driver and tourguide is so good he found a place that had 1 pc on the mannequin!

Kiwi juice – welcome drink We rushed right away to try the glacier pool so we walked passing the back of our hotel And there was a facility with Glacier hot pools It is unisex since you can wear your swimsuits 🙂 The water is from a river connected to the Franz Josef glacier. Driving to Greymouth

Baby Shower for 4th time “Mom to Be” Kai @kaisterprimo What an honor to watch the premiere of Mother’s Day with no other than Tito Orly Ilacad and his beautiful daughter my friend Cat @catilacad

Tito Orly produces local films under his company Octo Arts Films. Last December he produced the record breaking film “My Bebe Love” with Aldub! Last year he started bringing in foreign films. Today we watched Mother’s Day which is showing on May 4. We laughed, cried, laughed, cried then laughed again.

Cardrona

This mountain is where they test drive cars during the winter when there is snow We passed by the town of Cardrona. We saw the bra fence, Bradrona. For more than 20 years this fence has been here and women would donate their bra as a sign of support for Breast Cancer Awareness. There is also a donation box where you can put money in case you don’t wear bras (haha!! ) or don’t have a bra to donate #bra #bradrona #brafence #breastcancerawareness #newzealand #H2HNewZealand2016 There are all kinds of bras in this fence Heart one 🙂 Interesting one 🙂 On the way is Puzzle World where they have all kinds of puzzles More scenery on the way
