Meet Gerard Dubois, chef and owner of Passion by Gerard Dubois @passionbygdph Gerard is Swiss and based in Hong Kong since he married A Hongkonese. Pamela Angeles Flores is the partner in the Philippines together with her husband who is the lawyer of Gerard Dubois. That is how this business came about Yvonne Wong ( left) is the GM of Passion Hong Kong.
Pamela told me that 80% of their ingredients are imported like the French flour and AOP butter.
