TaclobBand by Healing Servants Foundation and Operation Compassion

For more than a year I have been waiting for a project that I could join in ( in behalf of me and my cousins ) to help the Yolanda victims. I wanted to participate in a project where we could be involved and not just donate the money. Then just a week ago, my good friend and batch mate, Yvonne Dayrit Romualdez, told us about her upcoming project. So glad we found what we were looking for!!!

During the Pope’s visit, Yvonne was so lucky to have been able to attend the mass in Tacloban with the Pope!!!!! Good thing she loves us and prayed for us while she was there!!! And it was because of her most touching experience that she and her family decided to help and build homes in Tacloban! Here is her story and though she has reached already her goal of selling 45 tables, she is still accepting donations from people who would still like to help build homes in Tacloban

Everyone was so busy writing so many things on their balloons and you will see the usual- Peace, Love, Happiness, Joy, Money, Prosperity, Money and Money and Money haha!!

Joey and I were metal for the year 1970 ( now you know our age haha). The most busy one was my friend Joey. She was so serious writing so many things on her balloon I could not even talk to her! I needed to borrow her pentel pen! haha ! That balloon of hers was full after awhile! Happy to be with Paolo, handsome brother of Tessa 🙂

Good thing I could not think of so many because there is not much really. GOOD HEALTH and LOVE. I only wrote two things! Of course LOVE – ALL WE NEED IS LOVE. And I added one important thing which I always forget to pray for – HEALTH. Dad de Jesus always wishes this for all of us. We should always wish for good health. I have been having stomach pains every night for the past year and I am wishing it will go away. I can’t sleep well when the pain is there. We need to really take care of our health and we should not forget to pray and wish for this. So I wish this for all of you and for me!
