I have been wanting to try this place, so this was my only request for this trip. So this was the second time we went to Kowloon side to come here
I came here for this!! H2H loves lamb 🙂
Too spicy for us but Tito Manny, M. Jun Jun and Margs enjoyed it! Chong Qings Chili Crab

We went all the way to Kowloon side to eat here since Mom likes this place in Hong Kong Hotel
We were so happy Tito Manny and Tita Ina were in HK! We met up with them for every meal!! They are such great company – they are so easy to get along with and most importantly they LOVE TO EAT 🙂
They had Shanghai crabs!!! It was not really the season anymore but there were a few places that still had it. Mom and I ordered! 🙂

Just in IFC mall alone, there are many options for Macarons! James loves Macarons so most of these are his photos 🙂 I don’t know if he ate some, he won’t tell me 🙂 Some other photos are mine as I was window shopping
This photo was another branch of Pierre Hermé not in IFC mall. I just saw Pierre Hermé being interviewed in CNN. He said, Perfection is boring, he is more into ATTENTION TO DETAILS. He said that at 9 years old, he knew he wanted to be a chef 🙂
This was in IFC mall. This is the only shop that was strict with photos so I could not take photos inside and close up of the macarons
James was able to take this then they told him it was not allowed
There is TWG. I was not able to go inside anymore, was rushing through the mall

We love this restaurant which Tito Manny and Tita Ina chose!!!! YUM!!! There are 3 restaurants side by side and they are literally under the bridge 🙂
Outside the restaurant was a guy with styrofoam coolers filled with fresh crabs!!

I am hardly in Kowloon side, so when we went here, I was shocked to see this new mall! It’s so nice! It’s a hotel with a shopping arcade and with restaurants

Since there was a meal in the Executive lounge almost every part of the day, this was our hang out 🙂 When we arrived there was afternoon tea, then every breakfast we were there and then our last night, we just had a light dinner

It was my first time to stay in Four Seasons Hotel and I loved it! When we arrived from the plane, right outside the tunnel was a guy with two carts – they transported us to immigration!
They were with us in the luggage carousel too and they brought all our luggage to our cars which took us to the hotel. The main guy is Filipino 🙂
Again a reindeer at the front of the hotel. I told you they like reindeers 🙂
And bears covered with fresh flowers!!!! LOVE!!!!!
I remembered the Puppy by Jeff Koons in the Guggenheim ( Previous entry: Guggenheim Bilbao November 28, 2013)
and a bear I saw in one of the Russian palaces which was also made out of leaves
They know Dad and Mom since they were here recently
Our room came with all these!!!
