Heart2Heart loves smoothies!!! I make my own smoothies at home. I buy my yogurt by the quart and take it home I always make sure I have stock in the freezer
Then I just have it blendered with ice and any fresh fruit I have in the kitchen and it’s so yummy!! Here are some photos I took of my smoothies! I have yogurt everyday – either on its own or blended this way! YUMMY and HEALTHY!

What an interesting Almond snack! Not only is it chocolate covered but it has a crisp in the chocolate! Another Japanese invention
And also more chocolate balls snack covered with chocolate- one with nuts, strawberry flavored
and this is my type- the one with like a caramel filling, It’s addicting! 🙂

We went to the Collective and finally I met this guy! Trina told me about him. She told me he parks there in front and he sells a lot of fish balls and squid ballls! P 3.00 per ball! 🙂 I don’t eat these things so i do not know how it tastes but he seems to be doing very well

James goes to Pancake House around 3 to 4 times a week to have breakfast! It’s his “alone time” where he can relax, start the day, read his newspaper and eat his favorite pancake. It’s rare that he invites me to come along, but when he does invite me, I join once in awhile 🙂
He eats the same thing every single time he goes and it’s the chocolate marble waffle or pancake! He has to have it with peanut butter. He shares it with me and it’s YUMMY!

When you open it, there are small packages like this inside – I think 10 to 12 packs. So you don’t have to worry if you don’t eat the whole box! Just open and eat what you can 🙂

I wanted to highlight the bacon from Vande Rose because I highly recommend this product:
1.) It is different from the others because it is Applewood smoked which might be more familiar in the States but here, not many available or maybe even none
2.) No growth hormones are used
3.) It is made form premium duroc pork from the USA, therefore good quality
