Heart2Heart loves Golden Spoon not only because it is YUMMY and HEALTHY but because Golden Spoon is about enjoying and sharing with friends and family. Whenever we go, the whole caboodle comes along!
When you are at Golden Spoon, even if you are alone, you cannot help but call your friends or family and share the excitement!! The store is always full because people come with their whole family from grandparents to grandkids!

This is Heart2Heart and family’s favorite caviar pie! Thanks Kenneth and Melissa for sending us a sample of your caviar pie! It is the best! I particularly like the smallest size which is 4 inches…it is just right for our family and not too overwhelming

Yum Yum!! I didn’t know it was as easy as this to have Chocolate Lava cake at home! This is normally a special dessert in a restaurant.
Thanks to Larry and Roselen for sending us this yummy dessert.

Since we just arrived from Baguio and there were fresh strawberries on the table, I added this to the cake and I used Golden Spoon Old fashioned Vanilla frozen yogurt instead of vanilla ice cream… IT WAS PERFECT!!!! YUMMY!

There are just so many options when you are at Golden Spoon. Here are some guidelines on ordering the BEST FROZEN YOGURT 🙂
1.) Choose your Flavor
If you look closely at the menu board, it says ” TODAY’s NON FAT FLAVORS.” A lot of people fail to read that so when they see the menu board, they think that there are two flavors that are LOW FAT which is Peanut Butter and Toffee or Heath Bar. So, please remember that all Golden Spoon flavors are NON FAT and out of the 50 plus flavors they have in their line, only 3 are LOW FAT or 99% FAT FREE.
There are only 100 calories in a mini sized cup and 200 calories in a small cup
You can also swirl two flavors
as long as they are beside each other on the menu board
2.) Choose the size of your order
There are 4 cup sizes
Mini/child size
Small
Large
Quart
and then there are 2 cones – regular sugar cone and a waffle cone
You can have up to 3 flavors in a SMALL CUP
Up to 4 flavors in a LARGE CUP and a QUART
3.) Choose Your topping
Some think that the flavors on the menu board are toppings, only because maybe they are used to just having original flavor yogurt and they just order the size and toppings. Toppings can be chosen by looking at the counter – there are 18 DRY toppings 6 cold toppings and 6 hot toppings which compose of the fudges and syrups!
You can put as many toppings as you like!!! Skies the limit!! In case it does not fit, there is a topping cup to put the extra toppings that do not fit. You can use it to take home as well your toppings
4.) Gift Suggestions
There are no gift certificates yet, but a nice gift would be to just buy whatever you like and put it in the nice insulated bag ( Tub it, Bag it, Take it Home December 11, 2009) which comes with ice and will last for hours until it reaches the recipient

Driving down Edsa, this billboard caught the attention of Heart2Heart! 
Finally a local version of one of our family favorites, Kraft Macaroni and Cheese.
So I immediately went to the supermarket to get some to try!! It is not like the imported ones but it is okay and what is important is that there is no MSG.
