Year of the Dog (2)

Super LOVE these dogs outside @mandarinorchard

For the first time ever, Mandarin Gallery ushers in a prosperous, lucky new Year of the Dog in style with a suitably doggy takeover of the mall. Starting 19 January, 68 larger than life dog figurines—named Lucky, Harmony or Happy—designed by Mandarin Gallery will go on exhibit at the outdoor space, creating a stunning visual display for you to enjoy.
With all proceeds going to SOSD Singapore, a minimum donation of $20 will allow you to adopt one of the 68 dog figurines after the exhibition. To contribute to SOSD Singapore’s cause, simply quote the name and serial number listed on the dog tag of your favourite dog display at the Concierge, along with your donation. The Mayet Way

By | What's New at Rustan's | No Comments
This is a story about a woman who had determination, a woman who knew how to get what she wanted….. Find out how she did it and find out her story with Rustan’s and the family.
Mayet used to do stand up comedy for our Rustan’s events as Doña Buding and we all loved it.
This time she is herself and telling her story.  It is quite long but very entertaining.  We could not stop laughing and laughing.  Bringing back memories from the past and giving us some lessons in life not only in work but something we can adapt in our everyday life.

THE 7th PHILIPPINE HARVEST MEETS SABORES DE ESPAÑA
AT CENTRAL SQUARE

The Philippines boasts of having one of the most diverse array of agricultural selection – having a myriad of strains from rice, crops, beans, and fruits harvested from the different provinces and regions of the country. To celebrate and promote the richness of Philippine agriculture, the Department of Agriculture (DA) together with Central Square and SSI Group, Inc. have created the Philippine Harvest at Central Square.(7th) Philippine Harvest meets Sabores de Espana (12) (7th) Philippine Harvest meets Sabores de Espana (11) (7th) Philippine Harvest meets Sabores de Espana (10) The three-day food fair is an avenue where you can buy, bring home and appreciate organic, artisanal, natural and indigenous products. Past fairs have not only promoted the richness of Philippine agriculture but have also presented a wide range of exhibitors highlighting Philippine spirits, Filipino agripreneurs who participated in the 2017 Madrid Fusion Manila, as well as the best of French food to commemorate the 70th anniversary of Philippines-France diplomatic ties and interchange.(7th) Philippine Harvest meets Sabores de Espana (9) (7th) Philippine Harvest meets Sabores de Espana (13) (7th) Philippine Harvest meets Sabores de Espana (8)(7th) Philippine Harvest meets Sabores de Espana (7)For its 7th edition, Philippine Harvest at Central Square will once again bring local farm produce straight to your tables this March 16 to 18, 2018 at Central Square, Bonifacio High Street Central.

The Department of Agriculture (DA) and SSI Group, Inc., together with the Embassy of Spain in Manila, will showcase the extraordinary, world-famous flavors of Spain, side by side the finest Filipino farm products and ingredients, in a gathering that celebrates good food and pays homage to the people that produce them.

Dubbed Philippine Harvest meets Sabores de España, the three-day gastronomic market and festival will feature time-honored Spanish staples such as olive oil, sausages, jamón ibérico (ham), and wines from 15 exhibitors assembled by the Embassy of Spain in Manila.(7th) Philippine Harvest meets Sabores de Espana (6) (7th) Philippine Harvest meets Sabores de Espana (5)The Department of Agriculture has also brought together 25 exhibitors to highlight the richness and diversity of the country’s organic, artisanal, natural, and indigenous agricultural products. Happy Skin Beauty: A Skincare Breakthrough

Skincare has never been as ubiquitous and accessible as it is today. Even then, it’s still easy to find a woman who has never encountered products that work for her skin or who just cannot commit to any skincare routine. Why the disconnect? Well, in spite of all the options we have available, the fact remains that as much as she would like to, a woman will not regularly use products that don’t understand her skin and don’t yield visible results. She also does not have time for products that are complicated and take too long to use.

Happy Skin (4) Happy Skin (2) Happy Skin (1)

After seeing a dearth of quality skincare products within reasonable price points that truly know the Filipina’s skin, the cult-favorite skin-caring makeup brand Happy Skin created its skincare counterpart, Happy Skin Beauty. The Happy Skin Beauty promise?Effortless skincare in 3 steps is all it takes to see your greatest skin ever.

Happy Skin (3) Happy Skin (11)Happy Skin (12)From Makeup to Skincare

“Happy Skin pioneered skin-caring makeup, so it was a natural transition for the brand to get into skincare through Happy Skin Beauty,” Happy Skin co-founder Jacqe Yuengtian-Gutierrez explains. “After all, the first step to perfecting your makeup look is by having good skin.”

Happy Skin co-founder Rissa Mananquil Trillo explains: “For the past four years, the brand grew because Filipinas found a solution to wearing makeup without ruining their skin.” She reveals, “Finally, we are finally offering a full range of skincare—it took almost three years to develop! We are now making it easier for women to enjoy the benefits of Happy Skin. From makeup to skincare, we’re committed to fully caring for your skin.”

Happy Skin (6) Happy Skin (9) Happy Skin (10)The Happy Skin Beauty Difference

“We’re all tired of having a drawer full of mistakes,” says Rissa. “The biggest pain point of the Filipina today is finding a regimen that quick, easy, and visibly effective so she can actually commit to it. Happy Skin Beauty empowers women to see their greatest skin ever through a routine that actually works with sustainable price points.”

And so, after nearly three years of trying, testing, and perfecting hardworking formulas and creating and refining fuss-free packaging, Happy Skin Beauty is proud to say that it can address every concern you have in your skincare experience.

It’s a visible solution. Through its Anti-Aging and Oil Control Series, Happy Skin Beauty solves the top skincare concerns of women—aging and oiliness— by utilizing powerful skincare ingredients from beauty capitals like Japan and Korea, which are capable of yielding skin improvements you can see and feel.

It’s easy to use. Happy Skin Beauty formulas multitask and do a lot so you don’t have to. Now, your entire skincare routine can be streamlined into 3 effortless and effective steps, requiring only 3 products that come in innovative, no-brainer dispensing systems.

Its selfexplanatoryA hindrance to developing a skincare habit? Not knowing where tostart. Even if you’re a skincare newbie, one look at a Happy Skin Beauty product is all youneed to fully understand who it is for, what it contains, and what it does. All packagingshow three emblems that highlight unique power functions of each product.

It’s reasonably priced. The key to seeing results from your skincare routine is by using it regularly—but regular use becomes impossible when a product costs an arm and a leg. Happy Skin Beauty does away with this, with all products priced below P1,000.

#HappySkinBeauty: The Anti-Aging Series

“Anti-aging is no longer a concern only for women in their 40s and 50s,” says Jacqe. “Even women in their 20s recognize that this is a concern relevant to them, which is why our Anti-Aging Series was designed to help women see their greatest skin ever, right now—no matter their age—until they get older.”

“Our Anti-Aging Series is also sourced from Japan, the country famed for geishas with beautiful complexions and soft skin,” shares Rissa. “Look at their skin—it ages twice as slow and their youth is unchanging.”

This Series offers rich hydration and skin renewal, all without the heaviness. “Since we’re a dual brand of makeup and skincare, we also wanted our Anti-Aging Series to be completely compatible with makeup,” adds Jacqe.
