I have not been to all the SM Malls, but this is the most beautiful one I have seen

 Tita Marissa Fernan developed a transportation system for people to get to SM Seaside.  It took her 3 years to work on this. 77 My Bus taking different routes to transport people to SM Seaside City. 21 operational for now. From the hotel room –

I was watching the people line up non stop and My Bus  picking them up to go to the mall. It’s traffic all over Cebu City because of the opening of SM Seaside City

FREE MYBUS RIDES!!! until December 15, 2015 Between 8am to 12midnight

With 15-25 minute intervals:
Route 1 – Lawaan, Talisay – SM Seaside – Phoenix Mambaling
Route 2 – Phoenix Mambaling – SM Seaside – Lawaan, Talisay
Route 3 –Parkmall – SMCC – Compania Maritima – SM Seaside – Phoenix Mambaling
Route 4 – Phoenix Mambaling – SM Seaside – Malacanang sa Sugbo – SMCC – UC Med – Parkmall

The structure in the middle is the Watch tower.  It is not yet finished and once done I am sure the view from up there will be spectacular 🙂

Tita Marissa Fernan, VP of SM Prime Holdings ( Vismin ) with Hans Sy.  Obviously a great team! They really know their market /customers.  This is my first time to actually witness the Sy family and with all of them being so influential in the country, I pray that they will not just build malls but will build things that will benefit our country

There are 4 wings in the mall – This is the Cube Wing.  According to Tita Marissa, no need to think of names – they just named it after the view in each wing.  As simple as that! 🙂  You don’t even have to look for a name, just look at the view and you will know what wing you are in

 I made sure I took a photo of Tita Marissa Fernan with the famous Cube. It’s 21 meters on all sides and she told me it symbolizes consistency – SMs consistency in delivering service to their customers Seaside Wing

Food court which was jam packed and with long lines in every stall

This will be one of the passages towards the Watch tower

On the top floor will be restaurants and entertainment.  This area will be all Cebuano restaurants

We were happy to see Father and Son Architects – Tito Willie Coscolluela and Gary as they were the local partners for the design of the mall

Spotted at Cafe Laguna!  Chunchi Soler with Carlo Tanseco.  The guys behind the famous Tickles store were there to open their latest concept called Roy & Biv

 Roy & Biv @royandbiv now open at SM Seaside City.  It’s their second store ( 1 in Manila) and it’s. By the Tickles group – Tita Yoya and Carlo Tanseco and Chunchi Soler
