Ibanez de Bilbao Asador

We were craving for chuletitas! We were in Spain for 5 days already and have not had some chuletitas so we asked Jose to look for a restaurant that served it. And he found one! A very nice one at that 🙂

Each plate was different 🙂

They gave us complimentary jamon and a plate each of bread with like salad

The highlight of the menu for us 🙂

Cordero lechal asado which we did not order, but we should have after seeing it come out of the brick oven!

CHULETITAS!!!!! YUM YUM SUPER YUM! That looks a lot but because it’s baby lamb chops, it’s actually a good portion. The cochinillo asado was so good too!!! WE LOVE THIS PLACE!

They even have a degustation menu!

Cook Out to Help Out

Thank you Powerplant Mall and Malou Pineda for providing the venue!

We went this morning to have breakfast in Rockwell and immediately right after we went to buy our burgers and support!!! Hurry and come on over til Dec 1, Sunday!!

20,000 patties will be grilled here!

Elbert Cuenca and Alex Lichaytoo who donated the 20,000 burger patties! Thank you!!

Guest chefs will be coming to volunteer and grill – watch out for the rockstars! I missed Gaita Fores but saw on her instagram she was there! She’s everywhere helping victims of Yolanda and now she’s in Rockwell!! Amazing woman!

There’s also a special Porcini mushroom burger if you can catch some being offered

French fries!!! YUMMY! For P 200.00 you get a burger, french fries and a drink!

Assorted drinks you can choose from – Sola iced tea, Gatorade and Coconut water!

There is also a soft serve ice cream machine which Elbert is manning!! Yummy soft serve, just donate any amount!! My friends Lills and Jeanne like taking photos with Elbert! 🙂

Wow this couple hoarded plenty!!! TY for buying so much!!! Everyone treat your staff to the burgers and help REBUILD homes for Yolanda victims!

Guggenheim Bilbao

It is because of the Guggenheim Museum that millions of people come all the way to Bilbao

Thankful

Monday night, Javier and I were already sleeping when James woke us up to the best surprise ever!! Jaime came back for Thanksgiving!!! I was so upset that day that he was not replying to my texts asking if he had arrived in New York City, only to find out he was on his way here! The original plan was for him to go to NYC and I have been so worried thinking of how he will be there alone in the CONCRETE JUNGLE! 🙂 So thankful to the Lord for bringing our family together for Thanksgiving!!

Last September, we dropped Jaime in his school! I love the greens surrounding the campus!!!

Harry Potter? 🙂

We wanted to make sure everything was okay. How could he have possibly done this all by himself?? 🙂

He is lucky he has a great Papa! I would not know what to do without his Papa

Oh no, the moustache mania 🙂

There were things already there from last schoolyear which they kept in storage. When we arrived, the school had already placed them in their room which is a big help!
