We had a batch reunion last month and even if I did not go, I heard about the yummy dessert that Adiel Ty-Cruz, one of our batchmates, brought. So I joined in to ask for the recipe and she gladly shared it 🙂 I made it and liked it so much and to think it is so easy to make
It was so much fun, we were sharing online once we had finished making it.

Mine! It had no presentation at all since I did not see it -so this is how it came out. But taste was so good! Very rich but very good! When Chef Javs saw me make this, he suggested we add more fruits like maybe fresh shredded coconut and maybe even add sago balls

Last year I was lucky to purchase an air fryer for half the price! I am so glad I bought it!! I finally opened the box and was able to try it for the first time a few weeks ago! What they really promote in their demonstrations are french fries. We all know how unhealthy french fries can be because of all the oil that is being used to cook it but with the air fryer, no oil is needed. I will try that next. What I tried was the fried chicken and it was so easy, so fast and so yummy!

For Dad’s special day last June 6, Mom hired Chef Tom Bascon to prepare a special lunch for the family. Chef Tom was recommended to us by my sister in law, Tina Banzhaf de Jesus. Chef lived abroad for 24 years and studied in the French Culinary Institute of America and worked in Nobu for 5 years

She asked us for used wine bottles since Dad loves wine 🙂
Chef Tom does not have serveware and flatware so Mom provided them
Dad was so happy that Chef Tom is from where he is – from Bacolod! And dad guessed that his family owned the Bascon Hotel in Bacolod 🙂
Lunch was served which we all truly enjoyed!!!
