Burrito Night by JC

Another great foodie night with JC!!! I like how he prepares his dinners. If it’s burritos, it’s just burritos! I can actually concentrate and enjoy the main dish! 🙂

Lucky foodie friends were also there to enjoy the food- Jinggoy, Carlo, Kat and of course JC’s wife, Fay!

JC always makes it sound and look so easy – but I bet it is not!

Tomato salsa, quesong puti, grated cheddar cheese, guacamole, chili and sour cream, onions and peppers, burrito rice, pita bread, Vande Rose pork butt made into pulled pork and Bryan Flannery skirt steak! IT WAS SOOOO GOOD!!!!

I forgot already whose burrito belongs to who but these were our creations 🙂

Yummy buko sherbet!!!! Reminds me of the one from Thailand, so creamy and full of buko! Will feature this separately!

Feng Shui by Pam

For the past weeks, Pam has been talking to us about Feng Shui! She is so into it and so hilarious when she talks to us about her Feng Shui for the year! Here she is showing us her charm!! Her Feng Shui master, Master Chau from the Mandarin, told her that she cannot cut her hair above her shoulder, she has to use a SMART cellphone number and and and……

Margs and I are just laughing and being entertained by her 🙂

Pam bought this charm for P 2,300.00 in World of Feng Shui. I told her, she better get rich! haha!! Pam said that it is supposed to work like THE SECRET where your thoughts come to reality. So the charm is supposed to empower and make rich become reality! 🙂 Hmmm… I told Margs that we will watch out for Pam this year and see if her Feng Shui will really work 🙂

Papa Johns

Quits and I went to try the pizza at Papa Johns at the Veranda at Robinson’s Galleria. It’s only a few steps away from Golden Spoon and Starbucks. I see this in the States but never got to try it

Quits treated me and we both loved it!

Mexican Ole which Quits chose and we both liked it! The crust is so crunchy and good!

I got this CHEESE STICKS – it’s actually shaped like a pizza also so I guess it’s a cheese pizza 🙂 It comes with a garlic dipping sauce which was really good!! The Mexican Ole also came with the garlic sauce. Yum!

James kept stressing and pointing out to me the thermometer!! He was happy that it can get to really high temperatures up to 700 degrees!

Which we also all loved and enjoyed!!! There are many coffee makers out there but this one makes also TEA AND HOT CHOCOLATE!!!
