It was a fondue dinner and I was in charge of sauces 🙂 Bernaise, Tartare, Spicy Catsup, Curry and Peanut butterInstead of cooking with a fondue cooker – we just had it cooked so it’s faster 🙂 No need to wait one by one 🙂 Thanks to Chef Arnel for cooking for us
Potluck Fondue so people were assigned to bring rib eye beef, chicken and pork
I also brought the sate riceLills brought buko from Bulacan – so the juice went to the juice dispenser and the shells she used as a bowl to serve the fruit salad she made 🙂 YUMMY!!
Plus she made banana turon which she claims is the best! 🙂

Heart2Heart weakness – Mocha! Mocha anything!!! Love this Nelusco Mocha Praline cake by Costa Brava!
They won’t give out prices on the phone or will not email a list, so I picked this up 🙂 I want to try the others. I love Costa Brava and I love Mrs. Nadine Liu 🙂 I normally only get to try the caramel cake and White Birthday cake. Hope to try more 🙂

It’s so hard to be healthy in this very tempting world!! So Ia m so happy there are still alternatives to delicious dishes. My family loves bolognese. There is this certain bolognese we love and this is close to it and it does not use beef but all vegetables.
Love the fresh basil leaves as you open the bottle
I chose whole wheat noodles and Nicole said to sprinkle fresh parmesan cheese on top. My friend Trish said she eats this as a soup too 🙂
