Thank you to all those who visited Javs during his summer job at Cibo! Yesterday was his last day at work as he goes back to school next week. Thank you Gaita, Eunice and the Cibo team for taking care of Chef Javs! He really enjoyed working with all of you!

Grilled Pork Chop for Tara, Baby Back Ribs for Yvette and Half Roast Chicken for me. Very generous portions and we enjoyed our meal! The mashed potatoes are really yummy and worth mentioning 🙂
White Toblerone Cheesecake as recommended by Tara! YUM!!!!!!! Flourless chocolate cake was also good

About a month ago we went to try out Tajimaya in Rockwell
They were on soft opening and it seems they are doing well since they were fully booked that evening. It’s a good thing we came early and we promised we would just eat fast and run!
Bringing the charcoal grill to the table. Many years ago, Rustan’s Supermarket opened the first charcoal Grill in the Philippines in the Magallanes store. Too bad it is not there anymore
