Gourmet Garage Now Open in Subic

Now open at Subic!!!!! Finally a gourmet place to go to aside of course from the very complete Royal Subic!! I love going to Subic and enjoying the treats in Royal and now Gourmet Garage.

It is located beside Starbucks in the main intersection. There is a Salon on top and a Ton Ton massage in the corner

This is Mom’s new baby! So that is her there in the logo as the chef 🙂

You can dine and you can shop!

So cute! Two of Mom’s bestfriends came over to have their traditional breakfast ALL THE WAY IN SUBIC!! Of course to support also Mom. What good friends they are!

Tita Reg is in charge of the dining – she made all the recipes and trained all the staff. She prepared for us brunch – some items from the menu and some from the store

The store just opened a few weeks ago and is still on a dry run

Organic Lunch at the Bohol Bee Farm

And this is one of the main reasons we love the Bee Farm – an Organic lunch! It’s exactly the same since five years ago- it has never changed and It’s still very popular and I love it!! This is a new area if I am not mistaken because where we ate before was a small dining room

Bohol Bee Farm Revisit

A must see and go to whenever in Bohol! Heart2Heart loves this place!! Five years ago, it was not what it is today and it shows how successful it has become with many many visitors coming over to the Bee farm

Lunch at Philippe Tarsier Botanika

We had lunch at Philippe Tarsier. They set up a tent by the garden. It was really hot. I really suggest you go for late afternoon merienda or dinner unless you eat indoors in their cafe

It was near Easter so they did an Easter set up 🙂

When it’s hot, there is always an excuse to go indoors in the air-conditioning and shop! 🙂

Philippe Tarsier

Tita Nedy took us to this beautiful place in Bohol!!! Heart2Heart loves it!!!!

We came at noon time which was really really hot. So I suggest you come late afternoon to tour the place because it is just too hot to walk around. We did not get to see the place except for the animals because it was just too hot. They really recommended we go late afternoon, but we could not make it, the only available time was lunch. So I will definitely be back here when I go back to Bohol

In Amarela Resort, there is a beautiful art museum with the collection of the owner!!! If you have been to Art in the Park, there is aways a booth there under Amarela and they sell their altars from Bohol. They have a beautiful collection of altars and other art works here

I’ve been hearing about this place, so we went to check it out 🙂

Very cozy and Mediterranean mixed with Filipino, I like it. I was not able to go to the beach anymore because it was too hot to go down and did not have much time

Then you cross a bridge to get to the other building with more rooms

Handuraw Spa, Eskaya Resort, Bohol

We had an unusual stay at Eskaya. The villas were all full and to maximize, they let us stay in the spa

There are two spa villas – we stayed on the right side- entrance to the right spa

The door on the right goes to the treatment room which became our room

Wow look how wide and spacious!!

Outside is the jacuzzi which we never even had the time to use!

Go down the steps and you have a private deck where you can hang out or dine – never even reached there!! haha!! Too little time, we were so busy outside the room

From the foyer, on the left side is our bathroom which was a bit small but it was okay. very little closet space because it is really meant for a spa only

No privacy in the bathroom as you can be seen through the door – we are not used to it so we are conscious if people can see us from outside 🙂 but what is nice is you can open it and it leads straight to the pool and from the pool you can go straight to the bathroom

At night, we had different tokens on our pillows 🙂

We had our massage in the room of course 🙂

The second time, we asked them to bring the spa beds because they have a different firmness when having a massage compared to the beds. So we got our wish 🙂
