Dandelion Chocolate

While walking down Valencia street, there are just some stores or places that everyone agrees to stop over to and this was one of them! 🙂

Chocolate! Chocolate! Everything Chocolate!

On both side walls were chocolate merchandise being sold

In the middle is the counter and behind the counter was where they were making the chocolate

You can taste the chocolates!!

After looking and looking, we just could not help it- we had to try it! So this was snack # 2 for the day

Frozen Hot chocolate! and no it does not taste like Serendipity’s Frozen hot chocolate 🙂 It’s a more sophisticated version

House hot chocolate which we all sipped from this little cup 🙂

Coco Cakes

Pam is the family’s official cake provider 🙂 She takes care of ordering the cakes on most occassions. This was the most recent one – Dad’s birthday cake!

That TV was so big 🙂

Philips Air Fryer

Last year I was lucky to purchase an air fryer for half the price! I am so glad I bought it!! I finally opened the box and was able to try it for the first time a few weeks ago! What they really promote in their demonstrations are french fries. We all know how unhealthy french fries can be because of all the oil that is being used to cook it but with the air fryer, no oil is needed. I will try that next. What I tried was the fried chicken and it was so easy, so fast and so yummy!

Fresh White Asparagus from Germany

A few weeks ago when Mart arrived from Germany – he brought back for us Fresh white asparagus!!! Thank you Mart!!

Chef Javs cooked it for us and said that we did not need to have Hollandaise sauce, he just put this BBQ bacon salt which Lola Reggie gave to him

And true enough it was really good!! Heart2Heart now loves fresh white asparagus!!

Chef Javs is sneaky because he still kept some aside and ate it again the next evening when Papa and Mama were away. He sent us a photo of what he made 🙂

Here it is – he wrapped Hobbs bacon around the asparagus – Wow!
