I just ate it the most simple way – first alone with steamed rice – Yum! And then I cooked it with plenty garlic and Oliviers & Co @oliviersandcoph olive oil and put rice. Super Yummy!!!!! 
Other ways on how to eat taba ng talangka: from Aleth: “Steamed rice and fried fish, that’s how we traditionally eat it. For pasta I saute it with garlic olive oil, add a little cream in the end toss in angel hair pasta top w/ lemon zest & grilled quesong puti.” From Chef Michelle @chefmichelledt : “I cook my baked prawns with taba ng talangka cream sauce. For pasta, I put lemon , cream , Fresh Parmesan and garlic. We each wrote down our new year’s resolution – our personal and one as a family. We used the chopsticks cover as our paper 🙂 It was a good exercise because we helped each other in the hope that we can improve ourselves and become better. Beautiful sunset in Subic Bay
I never knew this beach existed!
There were 3 beaches here – Officer, Dungarees and All Hands Beach and this is the only one that exists now. It was managed by Subic and it was bidded out and Mark Dayrit won and has been managing it for 5 years. Mark fixed it since it was run down and now It’s beautiful. 
It’s a clean and very decent beach where the locals can bring their families. Companies have their outings here also 
Sister of Mark, Yvonne with Cito and Carin on the Bandwagon which is pulled by a speedboat! Cool!!
All Hands Beach @allhandsbeachsubic is a Turtle Sanctuary. Turtles come here to lay eggs! 
So there’s an area in the beach where they transfer the eggs so they can hatch without being harmed in the beach front. There are several now and have different hatching dates. 
The latest one was last Dec. 28t at 2am when a turtle came to lay her eggs. Before that a batch that hatched was last Dec. 26 and they were sent off since they have to be sent off within 24 hours. Apparently turtles go back and lay eggs in the place they were born – which maybe explains why many turtles come to lay their eggs here

All Hands Beach is managed by Mark Dayrit with his cousin Alex. 
Alex is from Pampanga and loves to cook and has 2 restaurants in Subic – Dayrit’s Kitchen – All Hands Beach 
and across Subic Bay Yacht Club beside Petron and Pizza Hut – the sign is Pansit Bataan & Crispy pata outside but it’s Dayrit’s Kitchen. My friend Yvonne says that the Crispy pata is so good it’s double fried!! And I’m sure the rest of the Filipino food is good!!!
We had dinner by the beach with a live band! Thank you Mark and Yvonne for including us 🙂 We enjoyed the singing and of course the company
A fun beach party Mark threw for Pael and Yvonne’s Anniversary but missing Pael who last minute got sick. Happy to see Mike Mina.

Vincent, The handsome 19 year old son of Benny and Michele Soliven is not only handsome but he sings so well too. I’m sure he’s a heartthrob. He also sings with his Dad at Sanctuario de San Antonio every last Sunday of the month at the 430pm mass. How nice to be able to have a nice voice and be able to sing ….. And sing for God
