Before watching Kaos at Resorts World ( Kaos Feb 10, 2011) , we had lunch at Beurre Blanc.  They say that the chef is from Le Souffle 

It was a Sunday and they had a buffet lunch

The de Jesus family had dinner in Milky way!  We love Milky Way because it’s comfort food for us, it’s homy and comfortable and we just enjoy eating there.  And Heart2Heart will never leave without having the Halo halo or the Ginumis for dessert 😉

I have been waiting for Masseto to have a feature on Foie Gras!! And finally, my wish came true! Today was the last day so I asked James to take me since I did not want to miss it! I came to just have my foie gras and truly enjoyed it!!  Good news is, Chef Tippi said that they are extending the Foie Gras feast, so come on over and enjoy at Masseto

I wanted to try all!!  Tippi recommended the Grape stew 

The Foie comes with a glass wine which I really liked.  It’s my type because it’s on the sweet side! 

James had the duck 

and of course we had the Strawberry Pavlova 

and the YUMMY caramel ice cream 

Masseto now has their wine menu on an iPad!

and they now have Jamon from Spain as a regular in the menu and Bryan Flannery Rib cap is now available in Masseto!!

The family ate at Blackwood Grill last saturday.  It was recommended by Tito Manny and I remember my friend Marivi, who is the owner, inviting me to come over.   So I was excited to try it!  So all 16 of us trooped to The Piazza at Venice Mc Kinley Hill.  There are two areas – Blackwood Grill and beside it a tapas bar called Pinchos.

They put us in the tapas bar so we took up the whole bar just 16 of us 🙂

Being the tapas and appetizer loving family that we are – we ordered mostly that!  And we were so full already!!
