 This lady is always keeping herself busy.  After her balloon arrangements and personalised stationary, she now has a food business!  I am wondering how she can stay so sexy and trim after cooking all her yummy dishes.  As Tim Yap said, it’s all about personalisation and how Trish is always very personal in everything she does

She hosted a lunch in her beautiful home!!! She had this very beautiful ing dining table which she told me her Lola handed down to her.  She made sure the house she got could fit the table 🙂

Gino’s Brick Oven Pizza

The night before my special day, my friends treated me for dinner.  They don’t normally do this, but they were guilty of something haha!!  And of course I will not refuse dinner with them because I still love them no matter what! I finally got to try Gino’s after hearing a lot about this place


We were lucky to have been able to get this whole table!!  I have been avoiding coming here because I heard there is no reservation and the place is always full.  My friend Ginge, told me about this place in Katipunan, so it’s a good thing it is in Makati already.  Problem is, the place is very small! I normally wait till the crowd dies down.  Apparently, We have strong connections:-)  Gino’s is the tenant of the building of Bulgin and Lills!! Yipee!!! Why didn’t I think of that??  I won’t tell you who Bulgin and Lills are in the photo and I won’t give you their number haha!! 🙂  

This is my Assumption group together with their husbands.  Jeanne said we are advertising Gino’s in this photo!! 🙂

Lemon Mushroom was my favourite pasta – I would just like to say that my favourite will not be everyone’s favourite.  What may be good to me may not be good for everyone.  To each his own.  Everyone has their own taste which is why there is a menu to choose from right?  🙂

Cookie Shot Glasses

Last month, my foodie son, Jaime, told me about this new product of Dominique Ansel

and he mentioned that Cookie bar makes them!  So we ordered to try it.  We have not tried the original one so we cannot compare but we love the idea.  Jaime really likes having milk with his cookies 🙂  Max my nephew put ice cream inside instead of milk 🙂

The main menu!  This is a menu that is so well thought of!  For those who always think they can cook Filipino food at home, it’s not really that easy! 🙂  And NamNam made it even more complicated by giving more choices and more ways to make a dish!  I like it because it has the classics for maybe foreigners who want to try the classic Filipino dishes and for us Filipinos to have the classics with a twist! I want to try all the twists !!! 🙂

Not only that, you can choose the size!  When most Filipino restaurants come in big portions for sharing, Namnam allows you to order solo sizes in Small ( S ) to Medium ( M ) to Large ( L ) for family portions

I tried the Sinigang na Beef short rib and Watermelon that was a twist of sinigang na baby sa sampaloc.  And this is a home recipe of one of the owners, Eliza!

New Menu at Tivoli Mandarin Hotel

This is becoming Heart2Heart’s hang out 🙂  Third time in the same restaurant in three months is a lot for me!  It’s hard to repeat 🙂

I love passing by the appetiser buffet but have not had the chance to try it.  It’s part of the business lunch and an option on the degustation or you can also have it on its own because it has a lot of choices and can be a meal in itself

We were so lucky to have gone to Tivoli on the first day of the new Degustation menu.  It was a great way to celebrate a special occassion
