The pizza is good, just make sure it is cooked well.  We had ours sent back because we like our pizza well done and the bottom to be crispy

Birthday Family Sunday Lunch for Lolo

Les Amis Du Fromage

This was not the last place we went to but I saved this feature for the last because it was the BEST place for Heart2Heart in Vancouver!!! I think around ten years ago, I dreamt of opening my own cheese store and restaurant where everything sold will be cheeses from all over the world and of all kinds and everything on the menu will be a cheese dish!  And I cannot believe I actually saw a place that fit exactly what I imagined my dream place to be!  Aside from a HEART store, a CHEESE STORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When we got to the place, I saw the MAGIC WORD! CHEESE! 🙂  There are two addresses because it actually has two locations – on the left side ( 843)  is the store and on the right ( 845 ) is the restaurant

Miku, Vancouver

Our last meal in Vancouver recommended by a friend of Tita Regina.  Aburi sushi heaven for Dad and Mom 🙂  The place was so full which only means one thing

Sable Fish marinated in Miso!!  dad and Tito Rick ordered this and it was so yummy!!!  In Vancouver, sable fish seems to be a popular fish  ( or Gindara ).  I loved the way they prepared it with Miso!! YUM!!!!

Armando’s Finest Quality Meats, Granville Island Public Market, Vancouver

Barefoot Contessa of Vancouver

Meet the Barefoot Contessa of Vancouver, Tita Regina! 🙂 We were very happy to be invited to the home of Tito Rick and Tita Regina and we had a wonderful dinner!! Thank you very very much!

We saw Tita Regina cook and prepare the dinner and we enjoy her so much because she has so many stories and she really entertains us.  She told us that she idolizes the Barefoot Contessa! Which explains my title for her 🙂
